Description
Inspired by professional facial steamers used in my Skinesis Clinic, this pore-purifying, ultrasonic mist vaporiser emits microscopic steam particles to deeply cleanse the pores, declog the skin and impart a natural, dewy glow. Skin moisture levels are rapidly supplemented to leave skin firm with fine lines and wrinkles minimised. Skin feels silky, supple and full of elasticity following your steam treatment.
Nano-sized steam particles are rich in negative ions that penetrate skin more effectively than regular steam, warming and opening up the pores to thoroughly remove make-up, excess oil and other daily dirt and impurities, while simultaneously enhancing the efficacy of products you apply afterwards.

How to use
Step 1: Cleanse face thoroughly before or during your steam.
Step 2: Ensure the steamer is positioned on a flat and stable surface.
Step 3: Fill the water reservoir at the back with distilled or filtered water only and press the power button on the front to switch on.
Step 4: Position face in front of the nozzle at a distance of approx. 20cm. The steam will begin to emit in seconds.
Step 5: Relax for the five-minute treatment time, after which the steamer will automatically switch off. For a deeper steam, press the power button again for an additional five-minute boost.
Step 6: Follow with your regular moisturiser or serum to prolong the hydrating benefits of the steam or cleanse skin again to decongest.
We suggest using for a maximum of 2-3 times per week, for 10 minutes per session.
Please note, steamer must be placed on a flat surface during use and filled only with filtered water. This product is not suitable to use when wearing false eyelashes.

I ordered this product in early July for my daughter's birthday. It did not arrive in time for her birthday, which we did not mind given the covid pandemic. We were told it would arrive by the end of the month but it didn't. We were then told it would arrive by the end of August. It did not. Then the end of September and then by the 9th October, only to find that the delivery has suddenly been cancelled with no explanation. We have had excuse after excuse and we feel deceived about whether this product will ever come. My daughter is really disappointed, as am I. I would never expect this sort of service.

I’ve had this steamer for a while now.. great product… I bought it mainly because I love singing and read that steaming is good for your voice too. I’ve moved home and it’s been tucked away in a drawer but I will begin using it again to notice the benefits it once again brings to my combination skin (cleansing central pores and moisture, glow and hydration to the rest). Received Steamer with a European plug, disappointed as I ordered a UK plug as I reside in the U.K.
After emailing customer services I am expected to pay for the return and then to re order product.
Poor customer service

I enjoyed steaming my face, but I didn’t realise it took sooo long to cool down and that the nozzle where the steam comes out would still red hot I went to pick it up to store it away and badly burnt the palm of my hand very painful and a huge blister I did run my hand under cold water for around 20 minutes. I will be more carful in future.
It's a bit hyped this product. It feels flimsy and the water container isn't very big. I am glad I didn't pay full price and bought it in the sale because, to me, it isn't worth £55, let alone £138. I love steaming my face but a bowl of hot water and a towel is just as good.

I've wanted this steamer for a long time and finally decided to purchase it a few weeks ago. It is amazing, my 60 something skin feels fresher and plumper - no idea why - and it is so relaxing to use. I only wish I had bought it sooner!
I was initially surprised at how small and light the facial steamer was and never expected it to produce the amount of mist that it did. It was amazing, a perfect fine but intense mist. I use twice a week and have noticed over the two weeks I have used my skin does feel soft. My teenage daughter and youngest son also use it and it has made a great difference to his teenage skin.
Unfortunately I was unlucky and received a defective unit. I filled the reservoir, plugged it in - the power button did not work for several tries. Customer service was prompt to reach out to me and resolve the issue. I requested a full refund which they issued within 24h of verifying the faulty product. Had I requested a replacement, I am sure they would have sent me a working unit.
Fantastic product. Can see alot of changes when using this product. Would recommend to anyone.
