Pro Pore Refiner

Can the battery be changed in the pro pore refiner ? Or how is it recharged? Thanks

This works very well! The bottom plate warms up quite nicely and vibrates. The suction really works! It is quite strong and definately cleans out your pores and also gets the blood really circulating wonderfully in the face. I am always a bit red afterwards showing how much my skin is stimulated and blood is flowing! I love to use Ultimate Cleanse on the skin while using this device. You must be vigilant while using it. If you are not carefully following the instructions it is possible to bruise the skin.

Hi, so I was in 2 minds about buying it as I was really expensive so at Christmas when it was reduced to £56 I took the jump and now wished I didn’t buy it. It damaged some areas my skin, the suction don’t really help my open pores or removing the excess sebum from my open pores. I can’t return it as I have used it so I am stuck with it. Glad I only paid £56. I should have followed my instincts and not buy it.

This product didn't do much for me.

I purchased this believing the hype as I suffer from blackheads on my nose. Absolutely useless product and nothing came out of the suction device/nozzle - squeeky clean as it was prior to the use. No difference, not even 1% to the blackheads and was a waste of time, effort and money. I need my money back please - How do I return this product? It was purchased about 1-2 weeks ago.

I think this is a waste of money. The suction (light or strong) made my skin irritation worse.

I was happy with this product until the suction stopped working and now it is useless. I have this product a while but have not used it regularly. So for it to not work properly at this stage is unexpected and very disappointing for the price of the product.

I have been using the Pro Pore Refiner for over a year, and I don't always use it consistently, however when I do use this device once a week (when I really feel my skin needs a deep cleanse) the difference is incredibly noticeable! My pores shrink, and the serums (Glow, Morning or Night Facial) seem to have a longer lasting effect on my skin. I would encourage anyone to try this device and stick to it for a week or two, you are guaranteed to see a difference in your skin!

I had huge expectations about the product. It does not do what promises... It is quite weak and does not worth buying it.

I am requesting a refund!!!!

I do not have a lot of black heads, so this is the perfect solution for my skin type. Easy yo use and practical.

My skin is more softness and the pore reduction with just an one use a week. it seems like I did a professional treatment in a Spa.

So I bought this as I love EVERY other product I have ever bought from Sarah Chapman but I was so disappointed with this purchase. I tried it on myself and it didn't remove anything yet I followed it step by step and am qualified to do facials so it's not like I don't know what I am doing. I then tried it on my 21 year old son did loads of prep before hand and it made not a dot of difference!! Totally waste of my money. Will never be used again.

I really wanted to love this, but I'm just not sure how effective it really is. I've watched the video on how to use it and have steamed my face before using it, but I can't say that it removes a whole lot. Even at the highest setting it hasn't removed much . Unfortunately I found it disappointing.

My skin on my nose felt really clean, every time you use it it gets easier. Practice makes perfect.

Hasn't made a difference to my face/blackheads at all. Basically nothing comes out in the extraction. Waste of money :(

Just like to start by saying the steamer is wonderful and I use several SC products that really are exceptional. But this was a very expensive mistake. The shape of the head (s) does not contour to my face, the base is thick and awkward to use on the other programme settings and as a result it's fairly useless. At best I've seen a tiny amount of sebum extracted and even upping the power just leaves my skin more traumatised, After several attempts and re reading the instructions it's back in the bag. A very expensive mistake.

Amazing and deeply cleanses the pores. Start on the lowest settings at the beginning.

Despite following all of the instructions (steamed my face, prepped the skin, etc.), this did absolutely nothing for me. I take good care of my skin, so my pores were not terribly blocked, but there was certainly room for improvement.
Sadly, the only result that I got was a few broken blood vessels, but nothing was actually extracted (the nozzle was clean). Very disappointed to have wasted quite a bit of money on this.
This tool might work for someone whose skin is very neglected and has never been cleaned properly, I guess? But an old fashioned extractor was way more efficient for me.

I'm very dissapointed with this device. It made me bruises all over my nose and on both side of my nose. I can belive it and the worst is that it didn't remove even 1 blackhead.

I love Sarah Chapman products but not able to afford the upkeep on the skincare costs, however, I treated myself to the Pore refiner. I did everything by the book and had horrible breakouts after every use but continued to use as I expected this for the first few times. I continued using for about 3-4 months and each time my skin had horrible breakouts, it didn't ease at all so I had to stop using it as my skin was awful. Not for me I'm afraid and super disappointed.

I have used this regularly in conjunction with a steamer and good facial routine and whilst it does help diminish blackheads, it's not the instant fix claimed in the product description. After several months I still have blackheads, albeit they are smaller and less noticeable.

I'm impressed by the solid quality of the device itself, in line with expectation. I've only used it a couple of times since buying but already think it was a good investment. The initial warming settings are quite gentle & subtle in effect; I had to keep wetting the skin to enable a smooth glide. The final suction stage is strong; the lowest setting is definitely going to be enough for my sensitive skin. Personally I would use it no more than once a week for my particular skin type.

I have only just recently purchased this pore refiner and have not yet got the hang of using it even though I have watched the videos on how to use it. So far I have manages to give myself a small bruise under one of my eyes, it's disappeared now but it did worry me at the time. The easiest place to use is on and around the nose. I'm not giving up on it yet.

The results were ok but I was expecting better. A lot of money for just ok. I wouldn't recommend buying this sorry.
