On my second bottle of this and will keep buying. It’s a considered purchase but I feel worth it. Firstly, my skin drinks this in and the aroma is beautiful too. Then there’s the results - using it once a day my skin is firmer, plumper and there are fewer wrinkles. I also use half as much moisturiser. I’m not looking to look young, just age well and at 55 this is certainly helping.

Use a few drops at night. Massages in easily and smells divine. Makes my skin feel well hydrated and I wake up in the morning with a smooth and well moisturised face.

This is a really game changer for the skin. I’ve always been a loyal Elemis fan but finding out they are not as ethical as I once thought I searched for a new brand that is and happened upon Sarah Chapman. I’m in my late forties and my skin has never looked so good. It’s evened my skin tone, has cleared up my small blemishes and is a real treat to use. I use it before using the Sarah Chapman steamer and then use the vitamin C serum and the eye recovery afterwards. My new skincare routine is brilliant and the products are a pleasure to use. I’m in my late forties and have always looked after my skin and favoured Elemis for many years. Sadly I recently found out they still sell in China and therefore test on animals so I looked for a new ethical and cruelty free brand and happened upon Sarah chapman. I have now purchased several items from Sarah chapman and this cleanser is without doubt the best I’ve ever tried. You can really massage into the skin and although the smell is unusual it smells really earthy and clean! My skin is never tight after I’ve used this and my complexion is looking better than in my thirties as does my husband ! Highly recommend. I’ve also got the steamer and use the cleanser before the steam which is a real game changer for the skin.

I like to try every new serum that comes out, each with varying results, but every time I come back to this one. It's perfect for my skin. It doesn't irritate, it doesn't sting my eyes, it doesn't roll when I put makeup on.

I’m a long-time fan of Sarah Chapman – I absolutely love everything I’ve tried. The Skin Insurance SPF 50+ Tinted is now my go-to on days I spend more time outside – it’s light, protective, and leaves a lovely finish.

As I’d just placed a larger order recently, I only went for two small items this time – this SPF and the C2 Serum. Since I live in Berlin and the products ship from the UK, I try to be conscious of the carbon footprint of international orders. I was hoping for minimal packaging – but what arrived was a huge parcel for two small products.

While the presentation is elegant, it felt excessive and quite disappointing from an environmental perspective.

Many Sarah Chapman fans, like me, value high-quality skincare and would really appreciate a more sustainable fulfilment approach. Less packaging, no plastic fillers – that would go a long way in making reordering feel good.

I hope this feedback is helpful. The product itself is fantastic – I’d just love to see the shipping evolve to match the brand’s quality and values.

As I had just placed a larger order not long ago, this time I only went for two smaller items – the C2 Serum and Skin Insurance SPF 50+ Tinted – both of which were conveniently on sale.

Since I live in Berlin and the products are shipped from the UK, I’m mindful of the carbon footprint of international orders. I was hoping that, given the small size of this shipment, it would arrive with minimal packaging. To my surprise, the parcel was disproportionately large for its contents.

I believe many Sarah Chapman customers, myself included, are conscious consumers who value clean, high-quality formulations and would welcome a more eco-friendly fulfilment approach. Reducing packaging and avoiding plastic fillers would make a real difference – and would encourage me to order more often, without hesitation.
