A hydrating, calming cream that customers say feels "nourishing" and "luxurious." Praised for soothing sensitive skin, reducing redness, and providing "comfort" especially in winter. Many love the texture and scent. However, packaging issues are frequently mentioned—the pump dispenser is inconsistent, hard to control, and difficult to gauge remaining product.

I love this product - feels good going on, a subtle fragrance and skin feels very comfortable.
The packaging is very chic but actually among the worst I've seen. A 30ml content with a container that displaces 200ml in water is at best misleading (though I guess we're all used to packaging that does this.
The dispenser began by shooting out a lot of product. After about three weeks the dispensing became irregular and the product mixed with air so it shot out all over the place, then dried up completely. I knew it couldn't have all gone so wielded a screwdriver to get the lid off, and found several more weeks' worth left, but the pump dispenser couldn't reach it.
It all looks great but it just doesn't work very well.
A great cream. It feels nourishing and calming. I like the jar to keep the cream at its best for longer and to portion out the right amount. No issues with dispensing or reliability.
It is difficult to know what’s left but you can’t have everything. A repeat buy for me.
Great cream but the packaging is not great. You never know how much cream comes out of each pump and sometimes it’s enough and sometimes I need to use multiple and it’s hard to control the amount of product. But it also means when you’re pumping loads it finishes faster despite not having enough product and then suddenly it’s finished and you can’t even tell you’re running low. It’s frustrating for such a great cream. Enough so that I’ll just going to have to change creams which is a shame as o love it but it’s just annoying and then I feel like I need to buy multiple cause I can never tell when I’m near the end. Not worth it.

Our Skinesis products are designed with a carefully engineered airless pump system. This means there is no internal tube, and the formula is protected from exposure to air, helping to preserve the potency, stability and freshness of the active ingredients. To begin dispensing, all air within the chamber must first be expelled, which can sometimes result in variation in the initial pumps or require a few presses to deliver the desired amount.
In addition, our bottles are intentionally opaque rather than transparent. This protects the formulation from light exposure, ensuring each application remains as effective as the first. While this does mean you’re unable to see how much product remains, the system is designed to deliver every last drop without waste.
We completely understand, however, that this experience can feel difficult to control in daily use, and we’re very sorry that this has impacted your overall enjoyment. Your feedback is incredibly important to us, and we will be sure to share it with our product development team as we continue to refine both performance and usability.

This is my first time using Sarah Chapman products and I am really pleased with the results so far. This cream in particular is suiting my 'middle-aged' skin quite well in that it provides the extra hydration that it needs, whilst not being greasy to the touch. The reason for taking 1 star off is due to the packaging. The press function sometimes works and sometimes doesn't which means the amount of product you get depends on whether it dispenses it or not... and there's no other way of getting to the cream other than pressing down and hoping there is some in there! I would have expected a better quality dispenser given the cost of the cream.

Great in the winter when skin encounters the elements
The comfort cream de-stress is amazing. It is a pleasure to use - soft and luxurious and smells divine. After developing some eczema patches on my face I was desperate to calm the skin down as the skin’s barrier needed repairing. This cream is suitable for sensitive skin, it completely calmed the redness and helped restore normality to my face. Would not now be without this cream.

This is a really lovely moisturiser. My skin can be extremely dry and this makes it all glowy. Just lovely.
This cream is so lovely to use. My skin feels nourished, soft, hydrated and like silk after using. It's soothing and protective, particular during winter or if skin is feeling stressed.

Instant relief for dry skin - particularly good in the winter months. I also like the fact that it's in a protective case so it doesn't get easily exposed to the air. Even better if it had a floral scent as well but I guess we can't have it all - the main thing is it works (very well)!
A super luxurious treat when my skin might be feeling a bit out of sorts; recently had a spell in hospital for a hip replacement and this was just perfect.
I tried this first of all when suffering from ‘lock down skin’ and after only one use could feel a difference. It’s now my go to when suffering from any sensitivity.
Smell is Devine, skin felt fresh and smooth.. I am a convert!
