HI! I've purchased many of your products for years and this has never happened. When Icon night arrived it was leaking all over the package. when I opened the lid, this is what it looked like. I would love a replacement so I can try it and give you a real review.
I have been using this as an extra night moisturiser specifically around my mouth/upper lip area as I have quite a lot of fine lines appearing. They do seem to be diminishing so I am quite happy with the product.
Ilove this product. you really dont need much, t goes on easily and doesn't feel sticky or oily. biggest plus is how my skin has improved since using this.

This night cream is a must have. Apply after overnight facial. I felt my skin felt tighter after application but the real difference is the next morning. Great cream for night time use.
Skin is in great condition the next day after use.
I prefer another night cream from this brand to the feel of this one.

From the first application I could feel and see the difference . You only need a little, my skin feels soft , rejuvenated and looks great.
After cleansing it is such a wonderful product to use at the end of the day. I also use the overnight facial once a week, the combination is just brilliant .

You will only get about 6-8 uses out of this product. No matter how many times I push down to get product it appears to be empty.
