My skin consultation was good but I wished that I had been sent some samples in advance of the meeting so I could try them while I was listening.

Sophie was amazing, so kind to my daughter. We are seeing great results from the products and skin routine recommended by Sophie. I have recommended to friends!

I can highly recommend this online experience with Sarah Chapman skin consultants. I am in my 70's and felt it might be a little intimidating, quite the contrary. I felt the young lady was sincere in her interaction with me . At no time was there pressure to purchase products that perhaps could be added at a later time. This service I suspect has been invaluable during lockdown but also I feel it might also be of great benefit to those of us who do not go to London on a regular basis.

I really enjoyed my talk and I liked that I could ask questions and get more informed myself. I was recommended many of the Sarah Chapman products, but not forced to buy them or anything of the such. The staff was very friendly and I think the talk was totally worth it. I recommend it, especially for people who really do not know their skin well and need help in taking care of it.

This was my second online consultation as I had some questions on further products to use as since using the recommended products after my first consultation, my skin is noticeably happier - the only way I can describe it is happy. The skin consultant I spoke to was a nice lady, however the products that she recommended and some of which I subsequently purchased did not suit my sensitive skin - would not recommend an online consultation.

I had an online consultation with Gabi this week, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I had to complete a questionnaire prior to our consultation and highlight my key concerns for my skin. During the consultation Gabi chatted about my current routine and what skinesis products I could add to my existing routine to address my concerns. I really liked how she told me which of my existing products I could use as part of my new routine and how I could then start to replace them with skinless products over time if I wanted to. There was absolutely no sales pressure, just a really informative conversation. Gabi was really knowledgeable about what products would suit me and guided me through how to use each one. After the consultation I received a detailed email with a guide to a morning routine, evening routine and an at home facial.
My products have now arrived and I have to say I've already noticed a huge difference to my skin. It is clearer, less sensitive and glowing! As soon as it's possible, I'm booking my facial at the clinic!
