Skinesis Society Rewards Programme – Terms & Conditions
The Skinesis Society Rewards Program (“Skinesis Society”) is a loyalty rewards program for new and existing consumers. It is promoted and operated by Sarah Chapman Limited (“Sarah Chapman”).
By joining the Skinesis Society (becoming a “Member”) you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any future amendments which may be made by Sarah Chapman from time to time. By becoming a Member of Skinesis Society you can earn points for purchases, referrals and much more. Skinesis Society points can be redeemed for Skinesis Society products.
Only Skinesis Society Members qualify for the double points promotion. As soon as an applicant becomes a member, they will qualify for the promotion, even where application and membership occur during the promotion period. Sarah Chapman reserves the right to change or withdraw this offer at any time.
Unless otherwise excluded below, all Sarah Chapman customers resident in the UK, Ireland, European Union, and the rest of world can enrol in the Skinesis Society program, with the exception of residents in the following countries: North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Venezuela.
The enrolment is free of charge and no purchase is necessary to become a Member. Enrolment can be done by visiting our loyalty page.
Sarah Chapman are committed to protecting your privacy when you use our services. Please refer to our Privacy notice which explains how we use your information and how we protect your privacy.
The membership is limited to individuals that are acting in a personal capacity and not in the capacity of a company, who have a current and valid email account and have reached the age of majority (18) under the laws of England & Wales. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Sarah Chapman are eligible for membership but may be excluded from certain promotions.
By enrolling to the Skinesis Society loyalty Program, you confirm that you are an adult under the laws of England & Wales, and that you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Your membership is personal, non-transferable and subject to these Terms and Conditions as well as any other rules, regulations, policies, and procedures adopted by Sarah Chapman as approved by you upon taking part in offers, rewards, making purchases and other related services. We apply a limit of one membership per person and registered email address.
Companies, groups, associations or other entities, or others making commercial or bulk purchases are not eligible for membership. The membership may not be used for reselling or profit.
It is your responsibility, and a condition for your membership, to keep your email address and contact details up to date.
The membership is limited to purchases made online at sarahchapman.com. You can only earn Skinesis Society points by shopping as a logged in Member or by performing other point awarding activities as communicated from time to time by Sarah Chapman.
The Skinesis Society points you have earned are personal and cannot be transferred to another person or Member.
The applicable Skinesis Society points will be deducted from your rewards programme if you return a product.
Skinesis Society points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
Skinesis Society points, and all rights of title to and property in such Skinesis Society points issued at any time, remain with Sarah Chapman at all times and never pass to the Member.
Risk (for example, theft or unauthorised or fraudulent redemption) associated with Skinesis Society points passes to the Member as soon as Skinesis Society points are recorded on the Member's account, or otherwise awarded to the Member. Sarah Chapman is not liable for unauthorised or fraudulent redemptions arising due to the actions of the Member or the failure by the Member to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
Changes, Termination and / or removal from Skinesis Society loyalty Program
You can leave the Skinesis Society program at any time, just email a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. You'll be unenrolled from the scheme and you'll lose all Skinesis Society points earned. Please note your Sarah Chapman account will still be active. If you would like this cancelled too, please specify on your email request.
If you leave the loyalty Program and decide to join again, you're always welcome back. Just email us at email@example.com with your request and we'll create a new account for you. Please note - your Skinesis Society point balance will restart from zero.
Sarah Chapman may, at its sole discretion, terminate, alter, limit, suspend or modify the Skinesis Society program, promotions and/or the Terms and Conditions at any time, in case of changes to applicable laws, changes in services provided by Sarah Chapman or introducing new services. Any such change will take effect after 5 days from the date on which you have been informed of such change either in your Skinesis Society account, on sarahchapman.com, via mail or a combination thereof. If you do not accept the changes, you have the right to cancel your membership.
Any proven abuse of the Skinesis Society loyalty program or promotions proven or reasonably assumed fraud, failure to follow the Terms and Conditions, membership inactivity, any misrepresentation or any conduct detrimental to the interests of Sarah Chapman may subject you to membership revocation and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Skinesis Society loyalty program. If your membership is revoked, any points in ‘my account’ will automatically expire.
Protecting Members Data
The data which is processed by Sarah Chapman in connection with Members may include:
- Membership data (such as Skinesis Society points accumulated or redeemed);
- Data about products purchased and/or services booked or undertaken by the Member;
- Data supplied by the Member;
- Data collected when the Member is otherwise in contact with Sarah Chapman (including use of SarahChapman.com).
Members consent to:
- Their data being supplied to Sarah Chapman group companies, service partners, marketing partners, data processors, agents and contractors;
- Their data being transferred to other countries whether or not such countries have data protection laws; and
- The processing of any sensitive data included in their data (such as data revealing a medical condition).
The purposes for which data may be processed by Sarah Chapman or by another recipient of data under include:
- Providing Services to Members;
- Making changes to services and developing new services;
- Accounting and audit, safety and security, fraud prevention and investigation, and systems testing, development and maintenance;
- The management and administration of the Skinesis Society and other loyalty schemes operated by Sarah Chapman group companies;
- Customer relations, service recovery and assisting Sarah Chapman and service partners in future dealings with Members;
- Customer profiling and other marketing and market research analysis;
- Communicating to Members information about the Skinesis Society, including information about Skinesis Society benefits, using any contact details provided;
- Communicating to Members about other products, services or facilities offered by marketing partners or other carefully selected companies, using any contact details provided;
- Conducting market research; and
- Any other purpose which is obvious or is communicated to the Member.
Consent to receive marketing and market research communications under is requested at the time of enrolment and may also be given by the Member subsequently. Where consent is given it may be withdrawn by the Member by writing to Sarah Chapman or by any other means for withdrawing consent that may be made available by Sarah Chapman.
Sarah Chapman does not make any representations as to any income, use, excise or other tax liability of Members as a result of their Skinesis Society membership. Members are advised to check with their accountant or tax adviser for further information. The Member is solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of membership. Skinesis Society points do not have any cash value.
Sarah Chapman may, from time to time, change the currency used by the Skinesis Society either in whole or in relation to any country or region. Sarah Chapman will use its reasonable endeavours to give at least six months’ notice to Members of any such changes and such notice may be provided via e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Member.
To the extent permissible by local law or regulation these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. All Members submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to resolve any disputes that may arise out of them.
Any provision of these Terms and Conditions declared void or unenforceable by any competent authority or court shall, to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability, be deemed severable and shall not affect the other provisions remaining which shall continue unaffected.
If you are a resident of the USA or Canada, to the extent permissible by local law or regulation, you agree that the resolution of any dispute shall be conducted on an individual, not a class-wide basis, and that no such proceeding may be consolidated with any other legal proceedings involving Sarah Chapman or any other person. You further agree that you, and anyone asserting a claim for you, will not be a class representative, class member, or otherwise participate in a class, representative, consolidated or private attorney general proceeding against Sarah Chapman.
Sarah Chapman will not be liable for any loss resulting from alteration to, or termination of the Skinesis Society programme or the right to earn or redeem Skinesis Society points except for loss caused by its own wilful negligence or wilful misconduct. Sarah Chapman will not be liable for any loss if, by reason of local legal or regulatory prohibitions or restrictions, the Skinesis Society or the whole or any part of your membership cannot be made available in certain countries or to certain Members.
